Sarah Yu Zeebroek is a visual artist, illustrator, and musician from Belgium. She studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and at LUCA School of Arts in Ghent. Sarah creates both personal work and commissioned pieces for newspapers and magazines (Knack, De Volkskrant, VPRO Gids), (music) theatre companies (Campo, Walpurgis, 4Hoog, Het Paleis, Lucinda Ra), arts centres/venues (les ateliers claus, Viernulvier, Het Stuk, Het Bos), libraries, museums (Mu.Zee), and music groups (Hong Kong Dong, Geoffrey Burton, Dijf Sanders, Triggerfinger, Bed Rugs, and De Piepkes).

She has exhibited her work at, among others, Sofie Van De Velde Gallery (2017), Angoulême International Comics Festival (2013), Salon des Artists (2020), Rufus Gallery (2021) and Space60 Gallery (2024) and joined the big exhibition 'Vertekend Beeld' in the Moving Gallery in 2022
Her work reveals a rich imagination that unfolds in her daydreams and night visions. It is often infused with surreal scenes, sometimes with a humorous touch, but never simply in search of a joke.
