About Leonie Bos
The Netherlands has a proud tradition of top-tier illustrators, and a select few break through to major international platforms like The New Yorker, Wallpaper and The Wall Street Journal. Leonie Bos is one of them. Her drawings regularly appear on sites like Apple, Monocle, WeTransfer, and Wired. In the Netherlands, you’ll recognize her work from de Volkskrant (including this piece) and the VPRO Gids. She was part of our 2022 exhibition Vertekend Beeld. Leonie moves effortlessly between applied and fine art and does so with real mastery.

Restin' appeared in de Volkskrant's Books supplement on February 9, accompanying a review of Lisa Weeda’s novel Dans dans revolutie. The print is a high-quality piezographic edition produced by Ruijgrok in Amsterdam. A3 size (42 x 29.7 cm) on Hahnemühle White Velvet, 270 gsm.
