Phlox van Oppen studied Textile Design at the KABK in The Hague and stood out at her graduation in 2022 with tapestries made of fabric that she had saved up in her student house. Her drive is focused on reuse and sustainability. After that, she went full throttle with special wall hangings for the Dutch Design Week, among others, and was selected for the leading Swedish School of Textile in Borås in Västergötland. There she is currently pursuing a two-year master's degree in weaving. The course has the most modern weaving equipment in the world.
