Iver Uhre Dahl has had a passion for wood since his early childhood in Norway. This is reflected in his work. He began at the art academy in Oslo, but at the KABK in The Hague (Netherlands) wood finally became ‘his’ material.

Daan Rietbergen is a graphic designer ànd an artist. He is fascinated by the alphabet and is always busy transforming letters and typography into abstract forms. He plays with the scale and architectural qualities of letters. Rietbergen's letterforms and typographic experiments often have a strict 'grid' as a basis and the rules he imposes on himself while designing often outweigh readability. He paints the letters with an incredibly steady hand and this careful handiwork is accentuated by the still visible pencil lines that give his letter painting works extra life. He sees his letters as living, individual characters that can stand alone, but also together form one family.

Originally trained in fashion design (AMFI) via the studio Claudy Jongstra to drawing. With completely unique techniques of pastel, pencil, charcoal and watercolor, Maeve van Klaveren creates flowery still lifes in which the main characters are apparently present but at the same time absent.

The drawings of this Amsterdam-based artist and illustrator have a far-reaching reach. Her pronounced colorful illustrations are regularly featured in major international newspapers and magazines: The New Yorker, The Guardian and Apple to the cover art for Wallpaper* and Elle Decoration. In the Netherlands, De Volkskrant and the VPRO Guide are frequent clients of her work.

Anne Schillings was ‘fresh’ from the HKU when we first showed her work. She graduated in illustration but in a short time, via a fruitful residency in the garden pavilion of the KF Hein fonds, she suddenly made enormous paintings in oil paint.
